HOW DO YOU ENSURE CONSISTENT CLEANING QUALITY ACROSS VISITS?
We assign the same core cleaning team whenever possible and use detailed checklists customized to your space. Supervisors also perform routine quality checks to maintain high standards.
CAN WE ADJUST SERVICES AFTER THE CONTRACT STARTS?
Absolutely. Your needs may change, and we’re flexible. Whether it’s increasing frequency, adding restocking services, or adjusting areas of focus. We’ll adapt with minimal hassle.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE’S AN ISSUE OR MISSED TASK?
We have a responsive support line and a satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it promptly, usually within 24 hours or less.
DO YOU SUPPLY CLEANING MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT?
It depends on the contract. All tools, products, and equipment can be supplied by us unless you prefer we use in-house supplies. We use commercial-grade, eco-conscious products whenever possible. However, this proposal is for labor only.
ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR ONE-TIME JOBS OR ONLY MONTHLY PROJECTS?
Both. We offer one-time deep cleans, post-construction cleanup, move-in/moveout service, and custom contracts for ongoing maintenance. Whatever your cleaning needs are, we can fulfill them.
